Carolina Fryer LP Gas Cooker. This gas cooker is great for any outdoor activity needing to fry, cook, steam and boil your meal. It is great for fish, hush puppies, french fries, chili, stews, gumbo, and shell fish. The cooker is 24-1/2” wide x 15” long x 8-3/4” high and stands 30” tall. It has 2 high pressure cast iron burners that produce 60,000 BTU's each and comes with an UL listed hose and regulator. The fryer has 2 aluminum vats that are 13-1/2" long x 11" wide x 6-1/2” high with 3 stainless steel commercial wire baskets. There are two small baskets, one is 6” x 10" and the other is 12” x 10", and the large basket is 16" wide x 24" long with a depth of 6-3/4".
